Three jobs, three cartons
A fulfilment desk, an Amazon inbound shipment and a house move do not share one carton. Wholesale Cartons splits them. Ecommerce cartons are the sizes you post every day. Amazon cartons follow the maximums published for FBA and Amazon Shipping. Removal cartons are the double wall cartons made to be stacked.
Using a removal carton for a small posted order wastes board and can miss the postal size. Using a small postal carton for a move wastes the stack. Pick the job first.
Amazon’s two lists
The Amazon category lists FBA maximums and Amazon Shipping maximums separately. FBA standard envelope is 33 x 23 x 2.5 cm. FBA small parcel is 35 x 25 x 12 cm. Amazon Shipping small parcel is 45 x 35 x 16 cm. The words “small parcel” are not the same measurement on the two lists.
Under those sizes the shop offers single wall and double wall. Single wall is the lighter board. Double wall is the stronger one. The products are pack quantities of that size and board.
Posted cartons
Crash lock cartons are listed in six sizes, with a base that opens into shape and a peel-and-seal strip. The category describes them as 150K/T board and as fitting Royal Mail small parcels. The small parcel maximum on our changes page is 450 x 350 x 160 mm external.
A plain single wall postal carton is the alternative when you do not want the crash lock base. White postal cartons and the Royal Mail small parcel range are listed for that.
Ordering
Choose the carton family, then the size. Orders placed by 3pm are dispatched the same day. UK delivery is free on orders over £50 ex VAT. Trade businesses can apply for TradePro, from 5% off up to 10% when spend is over £1,000 a month.
