Stocked sizes

Stocked cartons can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund, credit or exchange. Call Wholesale Cartons on +44 (0)208 386 6960 first. Do not send a pack of removal cubes back without arranging it.

A carton made for the order is covered on the returns page, not by the stocked-item window.

A fault

A defect that was not obvious on delivery needs notice within 14 days of discovering it, and no later than 30 days from delivery.

The next fulfilment order is a new basket. It still needs to be in by 3pm.
